Do you need a keynote speaker for your club meeting or trade show? Looking to bring the overland adventure lifestyle to your event and want ECOA to manage an Overland Demo Area for you?
ECOA is available for event appearances, keynote speaking, and instructional workshops for the following fees:
Instruction: $150 per hour (usual estimate: 4 hours per full day, 2 hours per half day)

- Recovery
- Navigation
- Radio Communications
- Other Topics Available upon request
Keynote Speaker Key: $600 minimum
- Increased fees may apply based on group size and length of presentation
Booth Space: 50×30 booth space at no charge for outdoor show, indoor space negotiable.
- Please note that ECOA booth space doubles as instructional space if no other space is provided
Travel: $0.75 per mile roundtrip from location prior to event

- While flying is not preferred, it is an alternative for travel when cross-country travel is prohibitively expensive or requires too much time
Other Accommodations:
- If unable to camp in booth, a hotel room at or near venue shall be provided
- If unable to cook in booth, a per-diem to cover purchased meals shall be provided
